After the loading phase, the Login page appears to let you enter your credentials.
Here you can also choose the language used by the TS GUI.
Important: If you need to localize one or more installed languages, please see → Language customization.
Click ENTER to access the Control Room Dashboard (→ Control Room dashboard).
If you enter invalid credentials, the system clears the input fields and a warning symbol appears on the ENTER button.
Important: Your credentials are set by an Administrator through the functions available on the Optima Dashboard (→ OptimaWSI administration dashboard).
Important: If your session expires after a few minutes, make sure that date and time are synchronous among all Optima servers. Ask your IT department to install and activate an automatic NTP synch system on the servers.
