Select Hub-license when other licenses are available

1.  Make sure that the requirements are met (Use PTV Hub license).

2.  Start the PTV Vision product.

3.  Open the License Management window (Using the License Management window).

4.  Click Search for licenses in Subscription.

The window Do you want to sign in with your PTV user account? opens.

5.  Click Sign In.

A browser opens.

6.  Enter your login details and click on Sign In.

7.  Close the browser and return to the License Management window, which is still open.

8.  Select the desired PTV Hub license type.

If several lines with licenses are displayed, the PTV Hub license must take precedence over all other license types. The PTV Hub license must be in the first line.

9.  Use the arrow symbols , , until the PTV Hub license is in the first line.

The license then takes precedence over all other license types.

10.  Click on Start and close the PTV Vision product.

11.  Start the PTV Vision product.

The PTV Hub license is selected for the use of the PTV Vision product and you can use the PTV Vision product.
