Use PTV Hub license

You can select a PTV Hub license so that you can use your PTV Vision product. A distinction is made between the following cases:

• In addition to the PTV Hub license, other licenses are available (Select Hub-license when other licenses are available).
• No license has been selected yet and a PTV Hub license is available (Select Hub-license if no license is selected and active).

The following requirements must be met in order to use a PTV Hub license.

Requirements for the use of a PTV Hub license

• Your computer has a PTV Vision product installed that is one of the following versions or newer:

  Visum	Vissim	Vistro
  2023.01-17 2024.01-12	2023.00-16 2024.00-11	2023.00-10 2024.00-06

• Cloud services are not offered for PTV Vision product versions older than 2025. This means that you can select and use a PTV Hub license for PTV Vision products of the versions listed in the table until the last service pack of a product version in 2024, but you cannot use any cloud services.
• You have a login for PTV Hub. For more information, please contact our Service & Support Service & Support.
• You have received an invitation to a PTV Hub subscription.
