You can restrict the display of the graphical and tabular Timetable editor to active vehicle journeys only.
1. Make sure that the desired lines are displayed in the timetable (Selecting lines to be displayed in the timetable).
2. On the timetable toolbar, click the 
Show only active vehicle journeys button.
