Adjusting the graphical timetable display

There are several ways to adjust the display of the graphical timetable to your needs and display attribute values (Setting graphic parameters for the graphical timetable).

In the graphical timetable, you can adjust the display just like in the network display. You can, for example, zoom or shift the view (Network editor window).

You can also stretch or shrink an individual axis or both axes together.

Use the mouse wheel and the following keys to do the following:

In the graphical timetable, you can edit the distance between stop events via the following symbols or the Stop axis shortcut menu:

The distances are only increased where labels overlap.

Stop distance proportional to the distances from network data

Generate proportional distances between stop events

Uniform distance between stop events

Uniform distribution of stops on the path axis, regardless of the actual distance. Hidden stops are not taken into account.

In the graphical timetable, you can edit the time axis view via its shortcut menu or the following symbols:

 24-hour view

If this option is selected, the visible time interval is set to 00:00 till 24:00. Vehicle journeys that exceed the time interval are "wrapped". Vehicle journeys that start before the time interval are also "wrapped".

Note

This is the default view. To deactivate the view, on the graphical timetable toolbar, click the corresponding button, or use the time axis shortcut menu.

Set time interval

Opens the Set time interval window, in which you can set the length of the time axis interval in hours, ranging from 12 to 672 hours (equals 4 weeks).

Note

This option is provided only if the option 24-hour view is not selected.

Set first hour...

Opens the Set first hour (24-hour view) window, in which you can specify the full hour you want to start the 24-hour-view with in a drop-down box.

Note

This option is only available if the 24-hour view has been selected.

Set display area

Opens the Set display area window, in which you can set the start and end time within the time interval selected.

Note: Just as in the tabular timetable, you can also open the Edit sequence of stop events window (Selecting the stop sequence for the timetable).
