A path sequence describes a sequence of paths with a volume between at least two zones (Fundamentals: Path sequences).
1. From the Network menu, choose Path sequence sets/activities.
2. Select the Path sequence sets tab.
3. Click the 
Create button.
4. Make the desired changes:

5. Confirm with OK.
