Settings for a simplified DRT
You can have the settings for DRT automatically set to a simplified algorithm when calculating the timetable-based assignment of Visum(Timetable-based assignment: Extended consideration transport supply page). The computing time is significantly reduced for the following reasons:
- No tour planning is calculated.
- The assignment is only calculated once without further iterations.
The other settings, which do not affect the number of iterations, are a good starting solution for considering DRT within the public transport assignment and thus minimize the effort required for modeling. You can change the automatic settings if required.
The following settings are made for the simplified calculation in the timetable-based assignment:
