1. On the toolbar, click the 
Print icon.
The Print window opens.
2. Under Printer, select a PDF output option.
3. Click the Print button.
The Save PDF as window opens.
4. Enter the file name and the path, if required.
5. Click the Save button.
The PDF is created and the file is opened.
