1. In the File menu, select the Import > OpenStreetMap entry.
The OpenStreetMap Importer window opens.
2. Make the desired changes.

Note The initially saved network file does not contain any walk times t PuTSys(PUTW) for links. These are calculated by the importer, after the file is automatically opened in Visum for the first time. When you later open the initially saved network file in Visum, please note that this network file does not contain any walk times for links.

If this option has been selected, in the input field, you can enter the path and name of the network file in which you want to save the imported data, or click the symbol to choose the path. 
If this check box is not selected, during the import process the files are written into a temporary network file which is opened in 3. Confirm with OK.
The data is imported and a temporary network file is generated, which is displayed in Visum.
