DXF export

Using the DXF export interface, you can save the current network display as a graphic file *.dxf.

1.  From the File menu, choose Export graphics (<name of selected view>) > Export DXF.

The Save DXF file window opens.

2.  Enter the file name and the path, if required.

3.  Click the Save button.

The DXF export window opens.

4.  Select the line style for the display of the lines in the *.dxf graphics file.

5.  Confirm with OK.

The current network section is saved as a graphic file *.dxf.

Notes: You can open the *.dxf graphics file for further editing in an external graphics program or read it into Visum as a background (Inserting background images of map services provided on the Internet).

You can also export the following views as files in the *.dxf format.

  • Timetable (graphical)
  • Signal time-space diagram
  • Transfers display of regular services
  • Schematic line diagrams
  • Line block editor
