You can edit the turn standards.
1. On the Network menu, click Turn standards.
The Turn standards window opens.
2. From the drop-down list, select the desired turn standard.
3. Click the 
Edit button.
The Edit turn standard window opens.
4. Make the desired settings (Creating turn standards).
5. Confirm with OK.
The changes are applied.
