You can search for locations in live background maps and display the corresponding section on the map. The search for locations can be used with background maps from any map provider.
1. Click the 
button in the toolbar above the network.

Note: The button is only active if a projection is set that allows the results to be displayed. |
2. Enter the location you are looking for in the input window.
Matching suggestions are displayed as a list as you type.
3. Select a location from the list of suggestions, if applicable.
4. Confirm with Enter.
