After the import of timetable data with the help of different importers such as HAFAS, VDV452, GTFS or RailML®, Visum can contain many vehicle journeys with the same time profile (Public transport data import). This can make it difficult to use the schematic line diagram, for example. You can aggregate vehicle journeys in Visum in different places or already during the import of data (Importing VDV 452 data and General Transit Feed (GTFS) import)
Aggregating vehicle journeys in Visum after the import
1. In the Edit > Network objects (PuT) > Vehicle journeys menu, click the Aggregate vehicle journeys entry.
The Aggregate vehicle journeys window opens.
2. If necessary, select the Only active objects option.
3. Confirm with OK.
All or all active vehicle journeys are aggregated.
