Signing in to PTV Cloud with a PTV user account

From Visum, you can access your PTV user account in order to use PTV services in PTV Vision Cloud:

After successful registration, Visum checks your data stored in your user account each time you sign in. This is part of the authentication process.

1.  Make sure that you have a user account, e-mail address, and password for PTV Vision Cloud.

You provide this data as part of the registration process for PTV Vision Cloud. The first time you access PTV Vision Cloud, you must activate a subscription. The subscription is subject to a fee depending on the subscription’s scope and content. Manage your subscriptions in your PTV user account.

2.  Go to Visum in the top right menu bar and click Sign in.

The PTV user account sign in and a browser open. The Sign in page is displayed in the browser.

3.  Enter your e-mail address and your password for PTV Vision Cloud.

4.  In the browser, click Sign in.

The browser displays the message You are now logged in.

5.  Return to Visum.

As long as you are signed in, your user name is highlighted in color in the menu bar and you can access PTV's services in PTV Vision Cloud.

Note: Sign out when you close Visum (Closing a cloud model and signing out). Otherwise, you will stay signed in and be signed in when you reopen Visum.
