With the network-wide signal optimization procedure, you can combine offset time optimization with split and cycle time optimization. You can also run an analysis of signal offset times. The procedure is suitable for stage-based signal programs of the Vissig type as well as RBC controllers. For signal group-based programs of the Vissig type, an offset time optimization can be performed, the combination with split and cycle time is not possible. This also means that network-wide signal optimization only provides new signal times if all signal programs of signal controllers of a coordination group are stage-based (or of type RBC).
