Use this attribute to specify the share of cold start for this zone. You can allocate values between 0 and 1 to this attribute. Tip If the zone is a cordon zone, for example, it makes sense to allocate value 0 to the zone, because vehicles are usually warm already as they pass a cordon zone. |
