You can use a Python virtual environment created by yourself.
1. From the Edit menu, choose User preferences.
2. In the navigator, select Work environment > Script files.
3. In the Additional Python packages section, click the 
symbol.
4. Navigate to the desired python-venv directory.
5. Confirm with OK.
The Python virtual environment is selected. You have to restart Visum for the change to take effect.
