PuT flow bundles with temporal restrictions

If connections exist from timetable-based assignment and paths have been saved as connections, you can define time conditions for network objects (Fundamentals: Flow bundle with time reference - PuT).

In the following example, the data is filtered by volumes of the link that meet the flow bundle condition time period 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM a.m.

1.  On the Graphics menu, click Flow bundle.

The Graphics tools (Flow bundle) window opens.

2.  Select the traffic type PuT below Term type.

3.  Select the network object type Link.

4.  In the network, select the link for the condition.

The object is listed in the Graphics tools (flow bundle) window.

5.  Click the symbol in the Condition column.

The Edit flow bundle term window opens.

6.  Click the Temporal restriction tab.

7.  Select Use temporal restriction.

8.  In the Time interval section, specify the time period 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM a.m.

Note: The temporal restriction refers to the departure at the network object, only at the end of a path leg it refers to the arrival.

9.  Confirm with OK.

The settings are applied.

10.  Insert further filter criteria, if required.

11.  Click the Execute symbol .

The flow bundle filters the link volumes for the specified time period.
