1. From the Edit menu, choose User Preferences.
2. In the navigator, select Files & Protocols > Distributed computing.
3. Click the 
symbol.
The Select folder for temporary files during distributed procedure calculation window opens.
4. Select the folder for the temporary files.
5. Confirm with OK.
The storage location for the temporary files has been defined.
