1. On the Functions toolbar, click the 
New button.

Tip: To create a new version, from the File menu, choose > New or press Ctrl+N. |
In case of changes to the network that have not been saved to file yet a security prompt appears.
2. Confirm the query with OK.
The empty program interface is displayed.
