Fare weights

For the fare computation it is assumed that passengers have full knowledge of all fare systems. Thus, the minimum fare will be selected if several fares applied to the connection taking the fare system ranks into account. Fare weights can be used to model restrictions to the assumption above. This is achieved by computing a 'perceived' fare for the alternatives on the basis of the fare weight. The perceived fare will only be regarded for the selection of the real fare.
