Logging in to PTV Cloud with PTV User Account

From PTV you can access your PTV user account in order to use Vistro services in PTV Vision Cloud:

• Open cloud models from PTV Vision Cloud in Vistro (see section Downloading and Opening a Cloud Model)
• Reload the opened cloud model to PTV Vision Cloud (see section Saving Cloud Model)
• Manage your PTV user account
• Show your subscriptions
• Add a comment to the cloud model you opened (see section Adding a Comment to the Cloud Model, Showing Model Details and History)
• View model details and history for the open cloud model (see section Adding a Comment to the Cloud Model, Showing Model Details and History)

After successful registration, Vistro checks your data stored in your user account each time you log in. This is part of the authentication process.

1.  Make sure that you have a user account, e-mail address and password for PTV Vision Cloud.

You provide this data as part of the registration process for PTV Vision Cloud. The first time you access PTV Vision Cloud, you must activate a subscription. The subscription is subject to a fee depending on the subscription’s scope and content. You manage your subscriptions in yourPTV user account.

2.  Go to Vistro in the top right menu bar and click Sign in.

The PTV user account sign in and a browser open. The Sign in page is displayed in the browser.

3.  Enter your e-mail address and your password for PTV Vision Cloud.

4.  In the browser, click Sign in.

The browser displays the message You are now logged in.

5.  Return to Vistro.

As long as you are logged in, your user name is highlighted in color in the menu bar and you can access PTV's services in PTV Vision Cloud.

Note: Log out if you close Vistro (see section Closing a Cloud Model and Logging Out of Cloud). Otherwise, you will stay logged in and be logged in when you reopen Vistro.
