Showing the PTV Vissim Help

If you have access to the Internet, you can call up the Vissim Help. The Help is displayed in the main language selected in the user preferences. If you change the main language, close Vissim and open it again to show the Help in the main language selected. If there is no Help available in the main language, the Help is displayed in the fallback language.

Tip: After accessing the Help, the browser stores the URL of the Help in the cache. If a new version of the Help is available, clearing the cache can help your browser display the new version of the Help.

• ►  On the Help menu, click > PTV Vissim Help.

Displaying COM interface reference documentation and COM introduction in the help

You can display the COM interface reference documentation of  Vissim 2026 - COM and the introduction to COM programming in a separate help:

• ►  On the Help menu, click > COM Help.
