Opening a PRBC data file
1. Show the desired *.prbc data file in a Windows Explorer.
2. Make sure that the inpx network file is saved.
3. From the menu select Signal Control > Edit Controllers.
4. Click 
Add.
The dialog box Signal Controller is opened.
5. Enter a controller number and name.
6. Select the type Ring Barrier Controller.
7. Click the Edit signal groups button.
The editor is opened.
8. Drag-and-Drop the *.prbc data file from the Microsoft Windows Explorer to the editor.
The controller settings are loaded into the editor. The path of the *.prbc data file is displayed in the Data file field of the Signal Controller window.
