With Vissim you receive extensive technical documentation and can call on the services of PTV GROUP. PTV GROUP provides technical support in the following cases:

  • Program errors in the current program version
  • Questions about the use of Vissim

Notes: The prerequisite for technical support is participation in a basic course for Vision Traffic Suite.

As our software is continually being improved, we regret being limited when it comes to providing support for older program versions.

Please understand that the PTV Vision Support cannot replace a training course. PTV Vision Support does not offer engineering expertise beyond its product functionality, such as demand modeling or signal control. It does not address project-specific issues or problem-solving in that context. Should you require any help on these subjects, we will be happy to offer you a project-specific training course.
