Recording a simulation and saving it as a video file
Vissim can be used to save a 2D or 3D simulation as a video file. You need to specify camera positions in order to assign them to keyframes in a storyboard (Saving camera positions), (Using storyboards and keyframes), (Defining a storyboard with keyframes).
You can also save the 3D perspective of a driver or a pedestrian as camera position (Setting 3D perspective as camera position).
You can also start the recording in the Quick Mode (Using the Quick Mode), (Starting video recording). The Quick Mode is ignored during the recording.

Note: Video files require a lot of memory. Make sure that depending on the recording planned, sufficient memory space is available. |
