Displaying or hiding live map for the Smart Map

You can select a live map for the Smart Map and activate or deactivate it.

1.  Right-click in the Smart Map.

2.  On the Background Maps Configuration shortcut menu, click the desired entry:

Element	Description
Default map service	Download and display BingMap map
Bing Maps (aerophoto)	Download and display BingMap map
PTV Default	Standard map of PTV Planung Transport Verkehr GmbH showing the geographical context
PTV Gravelpit	The map shows more names of places and streets than the PTV Default map.
PTV Silica	Bright map showing the geographical context
PTV Blackmarble	Dark map showing the geographical context
Disable Background Maps	Hide the currently selected live map from the Smart Map

The Smart Map is updated.

3.  At the bottom of the overview map, click the hyperlink of the map provider.

The webpage with the license terms of the map provider opens.

4.  Read the license terms.
