Editing menus

You can move or delete menus and menu entries.

Note: Changing program elements or hotkeys can make it more difficult for you to find and use commands. The documentation and the PTV Vision Support assume that the standard settings are used.

You can restore the default settings (Resetting menus, toolbars, hotkeys, dialog positions).

Changes are saved to the ToolbarLayout.dat file. By default, the file is stored in the directory ..\AppData\Roaming\PTV Vision\PTV Vissim <Version number>. The file is overwritten when you install a service pack that contains changes to menu items and you open Vissim for the first time.
