Accessing EmissionModel.dll for the calculation of emissions

For the calculation of emissions, you can access the file EmissionModel.dll. You must provide the EmissionModel.dll. It is not part of Vissim.

You activate the external emission model for the desired vehicle type (Configuring emission calculation for a vehicle type). Reversing vehicles are not taken into account.

In each time step Vissim calls up the functions in the file EmissionModel.dll for the calculation of the emission values. The emission values can be output into the vehicle log and the link evaluations.

As an alternative to calculating emissions using the EmissionModel.dll file, you can calculate emissions using the following add-on modules:
