The Smart Dispaly Interface (SD) software helps you to choose the best message to show on each variable message sign of the system.
Given a street network with events that each affect one or more links, and given an input link a, the SD software provides the list of messages related to the events to be shown on a variable message sign installed on (real or virtual) link a. For each event, SD calculates a priority. The list of messages is sorted according to these priorities.
SD exposes a web service and can be installed as a Windows service.
