Optima provides a TomTom Interface that can get traffic state data in terms of speeds.
TomTom does not offer an explicit versioning of the interface; the TomTom version is associated to the version of the data packets transferred within the interface.
We support the TomTom feed named:

The TomTom Traffic Flow Detailed feed supports the configuration option Dynamic Sectioning, that describes the road links in smaller sections when conditions vary considerably within a longer road stretch.
Optima TomTom interface is based upon data format version 10.
The interface can process even data format version 5, 6, 7 and 8 with no changes in configuration or data, but TomTom now sends all data in version 10.
Important: Different versions of the same format are usually compatible, because TomTom is correctly leveraging protobuf capabilities to improve the formats without breaking backward compatibility.
